Back Intermediate:
-Abdominals
-Crunches
-Lateral Leg Splits
Back Advanced:
-Hip Hyperextension
Lower Body Intermediate:
-Tensor Fascia Latae
-Kneeling Hip Flexor
Upper Body Beginner:
Prayer Stretch
-These exercises should be performed 3 times a day and each time 10 repetitions should be done.
