-Upper Trapezius
-Levator Scapulae
-Scalene Stretch
-Head Nod
Upper Body Beginner:
-Serratus Anterior
-Pectoralis
-Lower Trapezius
-These exercises should be performed 3 times a day and each time 10 repetitions should be done.
