Dear Practice Member,
At Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic, we encourage each and every one of our patients to be an active participant in their health care. It’s up to you to take responsibility for your health, not only through proper rest and nutrition, but also exercise.
These new exercises are based on CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics), the most widely researched chiropractic technique. They are designed to work in conjunction with the initial exercises, not as a replacement to them. The exercises are designed to help re-educate the muscles and ligaments and to help hold the adjustments. They will help take out shifts, twists, rotations and bends is your spine. The purpose is to help maintain the corrections the adjustments are making.
You may experience some mild discomfort at first, as the muscles are not used to being stretched in these specific ways. That is normal and is to be expected. If it persists after the first week, please consult with us. Also, please ice any area of pain after the exercises for 20 minutes on and 1 hour off, repeating as needed, If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to help you achieve your maximum level of health.
In Radiant Health,
Dr. Eric Janowitz and Your Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic Team
