Couldn't stand, couldn't sit, couldn't lay down, couldn't anything without pain. Went to Synergy in the am. Couldn't get me in til 4. Saw them, they did their shtick and sold me on the Aqustic Wave Therapy along with Chiro treatment.  After that I was adjusted and once my lower back was adjusted there was immediate relief. I wasn't pain free immediately, but I was much better and felt lighter. I was able to breath, walk and sit without blinding pain. Have been coming here for 2 months and I feel like I've made a complete 180. There are days I don't even realize I have a lower back. If you've had Chiro care in the past, you'll find the office warm and welcoming alongside it's professionalism. If you've never had Chiro care, this is a great office bc they take time to explain what is happening to your body. Also, Dr. Perez is my guy. ALWAYS happy and when you ask him questions, he always takes his time to answer any questions without making me feel rushed. The ladies Ana, Melissa and Kelsey are always pleasant to see in the morning. The entire staff is wonderful. I feel bad not mentioning everyone by name, but they are all genuinely great.

Their process of treating the immediate area where the pain comes from as well as creating an exercise program to address and strengthen the body to avoid future issues is very effective. She also walked us through the office and checkout. Dr Janowitz is an amazing, dedicated doctor. He educates his patients and truly listened to us. So happy we came here. Update:  My husband has started therapy with Dr Adriana. We met her today and feel like we've known her for years. Such a kind, comforting Dr. who knows her medicine!!
