Exercises for Corrective Care Phase

Purpose: To achieve the most complete correction of the underlying problem as possible.
Beginner Strengthening Exercises- These exercises should be done in addition to the tightest muscle groups involving the Acute Phase Relief stretches.
Specific Postural Exercises:
The doctor will be prescribing specific postural exercises for you in addition to the ones below. They are “imbalanced” to correct your postural distortions while strengthening the nerves to your organs.
Perform each exercise five times and perform the series at least twice per day.
TIPS: Do the exercises slow and smooth.
