1. About Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic is a chiropractic healthcare practice located at 1791 East Broadway, Oviedo FL 32765. We provide chiropractic care, spinal evaluations, and wellness services under the clinical supervision of Dr. Eric Janowitz, DC.
Important: Chiropractic services are clinical healthcare services. While we strive to provide the highest quality care, our services do not guarantee specific outcomes. If you have a medical condition requiring emergency care, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book services independently. Patients under 18 may receive care only with written parental or legal guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. By booking an appointment, you represent that you meet these requirements. Our SMS text messaging program is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Health and Safety
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information on our intake form and during your examination. Accurate disclosure allows us to provide safe and appropriate care. Contraindications and conditions relevant to chiropractic care include but may not be limited to:
- Fractures or acute spinal injuries
- Severe osteoporosis
- Bone cancer or tumors of the spine
- Certain vascular conditions as directed by your physician
- Other conditions as identified during examination
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic reserves the right to decline or modify treatment for any individual where clinical safety concerns exist.
4. $27 New Patient Special — Offer Terms and Coupon Disclaimer
The $27 New Patient Special includes a consultation, examination, and necessary spinal X-rays. Services in this appointment are valued at up to $460, available for only $27 (up to a $433 value savings). This promotional offer is subject to the following terms:
- Valid for new patients only — one per person
- Non-transferable to another individual
- Not redeemable for cash
- Spinal X-rays taken only if clinically necessary
- Subject to availability — Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time

The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse pay, cancel payment or any other service, examination, or treatment which is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination or treatment. This offer is invalid for non-local residents or when workers’ compensation, Medicare, in network insurance agreement, and/or automotive insurance laws govern payment of treatment by these carriers. This advertisement represents up to a $433 value which may be used for your first visit which can include spinal x-rays. Not redeemable for cash. Spinal X-rays taken only if necessary.
5. $20 HOPE Foundation New Patient Appointment — Offer Terms
The $20 HOPE Foundation new patient appointment includes a posture screening, initial consultation, and examination. This promotional offer is:
- Valid for new patients only — one per person
- Non-refundable once the appointment is completed
- Non-transferable to another individual
- Not combinable with other discounts, promotions, or insurance billing
- Subject to availability — Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time
A portion of proceeds from the $20 offer supports the HOPE Foundation. Participation does not constitute a tax-deductible charitable contribution by the patient.
6. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or through our automated scheduling assistant. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any prepaid appointment fee.
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to provider availability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer alternative times.
7. Care Plans and Financial Responsibility
Following your initial examination, Dr. Janowitz may recommend a plan of care. Participation in a recommended care plan is always voluntary. You are free to accept, modify, or decline any recommended plan.
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
8. Insurance
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic may or may not accept your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment. Promotional offers such as the $27 New Patient Special and the $20 HOPE Foundation appointment are cash-pay offers and are not billed to insurance.
9. Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

10. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our intake form or website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic including appointment reminders, health education, and wellness follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Promotional SMS messages require separate consent and are optional. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect transactional messages related to your appointments.
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic and its SMS service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, network outages, or device issues.
11. Automated Scheduling Assistant
After-hours calls to our main line may be handled by an automated scheduling assistant powered by artificial intelligence. This assistant is capable of booking new patient appointments on our calendar. By calling our main line, you acknowledge that your call may be handled by this automated system and that any appointment booked through it is subject to these Terms of Service.
Calls handled by the automated system may be recorded. If you prefer to speak with a live staff member, please call back during regular office hours.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and written materials is the property of Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic services are provided on an ‘as is’ clinical basis. While we are committed to evidence-based chiropractic care, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes. Individual results vary and are dependent on many factors including the nature and duration of your condition, your compliance with the recommended care plan, and your overall health.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
